jbdjl Terms and Conditions

The key terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — The jbdjl website (jbdjl.cam) and all its associated services, applications and content.
• "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on jbdjl and uses the services of the platform.
• "Gaming Balance" — The total amount of funds (BDT/৳) held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — Any incentive money or free spins provided by jbdjl.
• "Wagering" — The activity of placing money on any game or sports event on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition of placing bets a specified number of times before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These Terms must be read together with jbdjl's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms will take precedence.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on jbdjl, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. At the time of registration, you declare that you meet this age requirement. jbdjl may request a valid identity document for age verification at any time. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 Registration Process

• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Providing a valid email address and mobile number is mandatory.
• The name used during registration must exactly match the name on the national identity card.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address, the same device or the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jbdjl may request a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport or driving licence to verify a member's identity. If KYC verification is not completed before a withdrawal, payment may be put on hold.

3.1 Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. All activities carried out from your account will be considered your own. If you believe the security of your account has been compromised, notify jbdjl support immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

jbdjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If false information has been provided.
• If the account has been inactive for a long period (more than 12 months).
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member wishing to close their account may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balance; however, bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit

• The accepted methods for depositing on jbdjl are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• The payment method used for depositing must be registered in the member's own name.
• Depositing from a third party's account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• After a successful request, the withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• If the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met, the withdrawal may be held.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• If fraud or system abuse is suspected, the withdrawal will be subject to review.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The member is solely responsible for meeting any applicable taxes or legal obligations in their own country. jbdjl does not provide any tax-related advice.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jbdjl offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to claiming this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x).
• Withdrawal is not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.
• The conditions must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is issued.
• There may be restrictions on wagering the bonus on certain games.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Accepting any bonus means agreeing to the specific terms and conditions of that bonus.
• jbdjl may change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus by fraudulent means, the account will be cancelled.
• There is an option to cancel a bonus — please submit a request through support.

5.3 VIP Program

jbdjl has five VIP levels. Members can advance to higher levels through regular gaming activity and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback has its own terms and conditions. jbdjl reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program.

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

• All games are operated through secure, transparent and fair algorithms (Fair Play).
• A member may only place bets within their account balance.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, jbdjl reserves the right to refund the bet for that game or restart it.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, jbdjl's game log will be considered the final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Betting on cricket, football and other sports events is conducted in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be cancelled and the original stake returned (subject to the specific terms of the bet).
• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events.
• Special rules apply to live betting during an event.

6.3 Live Casino

jbdjl's live casino games are connected with world-class game providers. In any dispute regarding the rules of a live game, the rules of the relevant provider will take precedence.

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other members.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jbdjl's systems or network.
• Participating in or assisting with match fixing or any sports manipulation.

11.1 Changes to Terms

jbdjl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please first contact the support team to attempt a resolution. In resolving disputes, jbdjl's game logs and technical records will be considered final.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
